Service Description: <div><b>Frontline Situational Monitoring initiative</b> — mechanism for routine monitoring of the situation in the frontline areas to inform strategic and operational decisions and support the development of the 2025 HNRP.</div><div><br /></div><div>The purpose of monitoring of selected locations is to provide an operational view of the situation in frontline settlements.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Content of this product includes different layers of settlement-level information received from various sources and humanitarian partners.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Information to be routinely tracked, mapped and analyzed:</div><div><ol><li>Monitoring of changes in the <b>frontline</b> and <b>intensity of hostilities</b> [OCHA]</li><li>Assessment of baseline <b>settlement-level population</b> and monitoring size [IOM-DTM]</li><li>Tracking of settlements under mandatory/forced <b>evacuations </b>[IOM-DTM]</li><li>Monitoring of settlement-level <b>severity of needs</b> [REACH, HSM Severity Index]</li><li>Tracking of needs through ad hoc <b>assessments</b>, e.g. IAC and RNA [REACH, DTM, Care]</li><li>Tracking of <b>access to settlements</b> and related impediments [HAWG, OCHA] </li><li>Mapping of <b>convoy locations</b> reached and modalities of interventions [HOPC, OCHA]</li><li>Tracking of <b>response activities</b> at settlement-level [5W-ActivityInfo, OCHA]</li><li>List of the <b>frontline settlements</b> [OCHA]</li></ol></div>
