Frontline Situational Monitoring initiative<\/b> \u2014 mechanism for routine monitoring of the situation in the frontline areas to inform strategic and operational decisions and support the development of the 2025 HNRP.<\/div><\/div>
The purpose of monitoring of selected locations is to provide an operational view of the situation in frontline settlements.

Content of this product includes different layers of settlement-level information received from various sources and humanitarian partners.

Information to be routinely tracked, mapped and analyzed:<\/div>
- Monitoring of changes in the frontline<\/b> and intensity of hostilities<\/b> [OCHA]<\/li>
- Assessment of baseline settlement-level population<\/b> and monitoring size [IOM-DTM]<\/li>
- Tracking of settlements under mandatory/forced evacuations <\/b>[IOM-DTM]<\/li>
- Monitoring of settlement-level severity of needs<\/b> [REACH, HSM Severity Index]<\/li>
- Tracking of needs through ad hoc assessments<\/b>, e.g. IAC and RNA [REACH, DTM, Care]<\/li>
- Tracking of access to settlements<\/b> and related impediments [HAWG, OCHA] <\/li>
- Mapping of convoy locations<\/b> reached and modalities of interventions [HOPC, OCHA]<\/li>
- Tracking of response activities<\/b> at settlement-level [5W-ActivityInfo, OCHA]<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div>",
